What’s the first thing a customized PSP needs? Custom wallpaper, of course.

I suppose there are a lot of other PSP wallpaper-making tools and sites out there but this particular one boasts of the ability to convert larger jpeg, png, gif or bmp pics *and* that it’s fairly easy to use.
